ਇਸ ਅਖਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਜੱਟ ਦੇ ਅਲਬੇਲੇ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਵਲ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਮੰਗਣ ਤੇ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੇ ਤੇ ਰੌਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਇਆ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਧ ਦੇਵੇ, ਉਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
