ਪਰ ਜਦ ਧੀ-ਪੁੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਲੋੜ ਜਾਂ ਔਖਿਆਈ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਮਾਪੇ ਢੀਠ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮੰਗਣ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਚਲ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
